Harassment and bullying policy

This policy sets out your organisation's commitment to preventing bullying and harassment by covering:

  • your commitment to take proactive measures
  • what you expect from your employees
  • what harassment is, including examples 
  • what bullying is, including examples and microaggressions
  • the procedure to follow should an employee feel bullied or harassed, both informal and formal, including the appeals procedure
  • support for those involved

This policy has been updated to include a section on sexual harassment in line with the changes in October 2024
